For our buyers:

We will listen carefully to your housing needs, desires and wants, and will work diligently to keep you informed on a daily basis of any new listings that meet those needs. We will work hard to make sure that you are always among the first to know about these properties, and we will represent you exclusively, tirelessly and honestly as your Buyer's Agents. We will keep your best interests above all else. If you are not completely satisfied with the service that you have received, you may cancel our exclusive buyer agency agreement with no penalty or cost to you.

For our sellers:

We will perform all of the activities as stated in our detailed marketing plan for your home. We will communicate with you weekly, keep you informed of all buyer and agent feedback, and update you with changing market conditions. We will represent you exclusively, professionally and honestly as your Seller's Agents. We will keep your best interests above all else. If for any reason you feel that we have not performed these services to your satisfaction, we would like the opportunity to correct the problem. If the problem is not corrected to your complete satisfaction, you may cancel our listing agreement with no penalty or cost to you.
